Holiday parties are always based on one thing the food. This year don't just base your party on if you are having a buffet style dinner or a sit down one, add some zest! Here are a few ideas on how to get started.

Send out a memo about your company's holiday party. In that memo announce you are having a contest, the top 3 employees that deck out in the most holiday spirit will win a prize.

When your employees come in to the party have personalized Santa hats for them (first names are just fine).
